Airport Transportation
Philadelphia Airport (PHL)
The Philadelphia International Airport is the closest and most convenient airport located approximately 45 minutes from TA’s office.
New Jersey Airport (EWR)
Another option is to fly into Newark,NJ-International Airport (EWR) and take the Amtrak Train to Wilmington Station(WIL) – which is approximately 1 hour, 30 minutes by train.
From Wilmington Station, you can take a taxi to the hotel (approximately 15 minutes from hotel below). Taxis are typically available outside of the train station. See below for other taxi options.
Ground Transportation
Delaware Express
Airport transportation can be booked through Delaware Express. Click HERE to make a reservation online and get TA’s corporate rate.
Taxi Service
A convenient way to book a taxi is to download one of these Smartphone Apps: UBER OR LYFT. Both offer reliable transportation for 1 to 6 passengers, booked directly from your phone. Reservations should be made just before departure, no pre-booking available.
Meeting Transportation
TA Instruments will provide transportation each day to/from the Christiana Hilton and the meeting, as well as group dinners.
Lodging
CHRISTIANA HILTON | $159/night plus tax | FULL BREAKFAST INCLUDED!
Hotel reservations will be made after submitting your Arrival and Departure Dates via the registration form. Reservation numbers will be emailed by Michelle Jackson.
Breakfast coupons will be provided at check-in. The full hot breakfast is included as well as the omelet station. Coupons will be collected at the restaurant each morning by the Host.
