Overview
Differential Scanning Calorimetry is a simple, yet powerful technique to gain a broad understanding of the characteristics of pharmaceutical materials, from the crystalline structure that exists to the compatibility of a specific formulation. Many of the properties that are explored using DSC are critical components of understanding the impact of processing conditions as well as the stability of the formulation that could ultimately alter the stability and dissolution rates of the final product. In this webinar, we will explore the use of new technologies and some advanced DSC techniques of the analysis of pharmaceutical materials to better understand how to collect the necessary information critical to the advancement of pharmaceutical development.
