DetailsThe TGA 5500 is designed for the researcher that requires the highest level of performance and features in one package. Built to maximize temperature control and minimize drift, the TGA 5500 has less drift than any competitive TGA – even after they use post-test data manipulation! The TA patented IR furnace delivers the fastest heating and cooling rates available. The all new autosampler makes high productivity standard.
DetailsThe TGA 550 will not only outperform competitive top tier systems, but will also give users the flexibility to add advanced features like Hi-Res TGA, MTGA, DTA signal, and our new 25-position autosampler. The performance, flexibility, and ease-of-use, make this an excellent TGA for research and multi-user laboratories where a wide variety of TGA experiments are conducted, and where future expansion of analytical work is anticipated.
DetailsThe TGA 55 is specifically designed for those that want rugged, reliable, and cost-effective TGA, and are not willing to accept poor data. Utilizing TA’s proprietary Tru-Mass™ Balance as the core of the system, the TGA 55 will outperform competitive research-grade models. Its sensitivity, accuracy and ease-of-use make this TGA an ideal instrument for basic research, teaching or industrial labs that need quality results.
DetailsApplications Training: TGA & SDT This lecture-based course covers theory applicable to all Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA) instruments (including previous generation instrument models), but is mainly designed around the Discovery instruments. The course will cover: Theory of operation Instrumentation Calibration Experimental Parameters Software operation Maintenance & Troubleshooting Applications Need help? If you are having trouble…
DetailsEvaluation of the single beam and 100% line is important in any FTIR analysis and especially in TGA/FTIR.
DetailsPolymer leaflet heart valves can fail in long-term use due to tearing and calcification caused by high dynamic tensile and bending stresses on the material and oxidative reactions with blood. It was postulated that synthetic valve leaflets that mimic the natural valve leaflet structure fabricated from fiber-reinforced composite material will minimize leaflet stresses and decrease tears and perforations.
DetailsElectroForce TestBench configurations were designed with component testing in mind, and thanks to their modular approach, a wide array of configurations and performance capabilities are possible. These instruments can be configured with 200N, 400N, or 3kN ElectroForce linear motors mounted on a horizontal baseplate and include multi-channel and multi-axis options.
Reaction brackets are pre-designed to allow attachment of components or the test specimen to the mounting baseplate. In addition, a saline bath can be provided as an environmental option. By selecting the proper baseplate and ElectroForce® motor packages, a variety of testing needs can be addressed.
